Before launching Grow Your Gym, I worked in media and advertising with NZME and Bishopp Billboards, gaining valuable experience across print, radio, digital, and outdoor platforms.

Before stepping into the world of marketing and creative direction, Josh built his own fitness brand from the ground up. At just 21, he launched his first gym with nothing but coaching certifications, a small credit card limit, and a relentless drive to create something meaningful.

After selling his gym, he pivoted towards helping others do what he had done—craft brands with purpose, presence, and punch.

He’s obsessed with brand identity, image, and emotional connection—because in his eyes, branding isn’t just how you look, it’s how you make people feel.
